Do I Qualify?
Consumers who purchased any Celsius beverage (aka Celsius Live Fit), Celsius Heat, Celsius BCAA+Energy, Celsius with Stevia, Celsius On-The-Go powdered drinks, and/or Flo Fusion powdered drinks between Jan. 1, 2015, and Nov. 23, 2022.

How Much Will I Receive?
The settlement allocated payments of $1 for each can or $5 per package of 14 powdered drinks. Class members without proof of purchase can receive up to $20. Class members who can provide proof of purchase can receive up to $250 in reimbursement.

How Do I Submit a Claim?

Claim $5 to $10 in the Old Navy Class Action Settlement

 

If you’ve shopped at Old Navy between 2015 and 2021 you may qualify for store credit!

You may qualify for a store credit for $5 or $10 if you’ve made a purchase at Old Navy or Old Navy outlet stores between Nov. 12, 2015, and Dec. 2, 2021, this settlement includes all states except Missouri.  There is a New Old Navy Class Action Settlement alleging misleading sale prices!

How Much Can I Claim?
Without proof of purchase, you can claim $5 or if you have proof under $90. If you have proof of purchase over $90 you can claim $10. You will be sent a store voucher that can be used with no minimum purchase. If you lost your receipt you can submit a credit or debit card transaction record that clearly shows the purchase date and purchase total.

Claim Cash in the Tyson Chicken Class Action Settlement

If you’ve bought chicken between 2009-2020 you may qualify for money!

Several chicken processors including Fieldale, George’s, Mar-Jac, Peco, Pilgrim’s, and Tyson have reached a $181 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit over alleged broiler chicken price-fixing. No proof is needed.

The class includes anyone who was a resident of certain U.S. states between Jan. 1, 2009, and July 31, 2019, and indirectly purchased whole chicken, chicken breasts, or wings from the settling processors, is eligible to participate in the settlement. In some states, the Pilgrim Settlement covers purchases up to December 31, 2020.

States included in the settlement are California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin, plus the District of Columbia.

You have until December 31, 2022, to file a claim here. The final settlement per person amount has not yet been decided.

Kellogg’s has agreed to pay 13 million dollars in settlement money for a Class Action Settlement for mislabeling products as “heart-healthy” and “lightly sweetened”. If you have purchase one of the below cereals between Aug. 29, 2012, and May 1, 2020, you may qualify. The average settlement amount is estimated to be $16.09.

  • Kellogg’s Original Raisin Bran and Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Crunch cereals in a package stating “heart healthy”
  • Kellogg’s Smart Start Original Antioxidants cereal in a package stating “heart-healthy” and/or “lightly sweetened”
  • Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size (Original, Maple Brown Sugar, Strawberry, or Blueberry varieties), Big Bites (Original variety), Little Bites (Chocolate or Cinnamon Roll varieties), or Touch of Fruit in the Middle (Mixed Berry and Raspberry varieties) cereals in a package stating “lightly sweetened”.
