If you’ve bought or leased a new vehicle or certain replacement parts in a qualifying state between 1990 and 2019, you may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement. Qualifying vehicles include most new vans, SUVs, crossovers, pickup trucks, and four-wheeled passenger automobiles.
Valid in select states only.
The qualifying states are Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
The claim period ends 6/18/20, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
