There is a New Ferrara and Nestle USA Candies $3.7 million class action settlement. You may be owed cash – with no receipt needed! The settlement resolves class-action lawsuits alleging Defendants package its boxed candy products in oversized packaging with nonfunctional empty space.
Settlement Class Members include residents of the United States who purchased one or more cardboard boxes of Raisinets, Buncha Crunch, Butterfinger Bites, Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, Rainbow Nerds, SweeTarts, Spree, Sno-Caps, Runts, or Gobstoppers between Feb. 9, 2013, and Sep. 23, 2021.
Each candy claim is worth $0.50 – you can claim up to 16 units for a total of $8.
